Update

We have a couple items to report on that have to do with previous posts.

Marlene seems to feel okay for the most part. Her cough is better than it was, but is still hanging on to some extent. We pray that she will continue to improve. 

We do not have good news about the prayer request for Ezekiel. He not only went out that weekend and got wasted on drugs, he hit his expecting wife before he left. It is unfortunate to have to report this discouraging development. We will…

Pray for Ezekiel

Recently in our prayer letter we mentioned a young man named Ezekiel. He made a profession of faith and there are some positive changes in his life. However, he remains a weekend substance abuser. Please that that tonight and tomorrow (Aug. 4 and 5) that he will stay home rather than go out and get wasted and/or drunk.
