The impact of this flood is beyond any natural disaster we have seen. While the number of people who have lost their lives is not has high as in other areas, the number of people impacted is far beyond that of anything I have seen in the last 6 years. We have people on the ground and the ability to serve. The team there continues to make plans for a situation that continues to deteriorate. The impact of this flood will be felt for many months to come. We have an opportunity to do something.
